Ceremonial cacao is a gentle yet powerful heart-opening plant medicine. It supports emotional release, deep connection, and inner clarity, inviting you to slow down and reconnect with yourself, others, and Mother Earth.
Ashley hold’s a unique ceremony, guided by the spirit of cacao, the energy of the group, and what’s needed in the moment.
Beginning by opening sacred space and setting intentions before sharing a 30g ceremonial dose of pure cacao, crafted with love and reverence. From here, the journey unfolds intuitively, through movement, guided meditation/journey, shamanic drumming/voicework, and stillness.
The cacao works gently yet deeply, helping you soften, release, and reconnect with your most authentic self. You’ll also have time to journal, reflect, and share if you feel called.
Every ceremony is different, but always woven with the same thread. A safe, nurturing space to pause, be held, and reconnect with yourself, Mother Earth, and the wisdom of your wild heart.
